With a timeless aesthetic and a passion to make life beautiful, Rebecca leads the team at Monarch Lane to create serene and innovative spaces for their clients.

Rebecca’s Urban Eclectic style comes from her well-traveled upbringing. Moving often as a kid, she would make floor plans and arrange the furniture at every new home.

After earning her Bachelor of Interior Design at O’More College of Design, Rebecca worked as Designer and Manager at a local furniture retailer. It is there that she gained the knowledge of furniture construction, flooring, and textiles, as well as managing store operations, client budgets, and organizing the delivery/warehouse team.

Rebecca launched the design firm in 2006 with a focus on residential interiors and model home design. Working with builders & realtors, her experience designing Model homes gave her the eye for staging & accessorizing homes. A longtime resident of Nashville, Rebecca knows the area, along with real estate and design trends to enhance the home’s value. 

With experience remodeling the homes, offices, and commercial Studios of successful professionals around Nashville and surrounding counties, Rebecca is one of the leading home renovation experts in Tennessee. 

Rebecca is involved in every aspect of remodeling from drawing floor plans to color and selections to managing contractors and overseeing the design and construction details.

A customer relationship specialist, Rebecca has formed lasting friendships with her clients, helping some with multiple homes and projects. Her clients describe her as passionate, positive, and a problem solver.

 Now specializing in Kitchen and Bath Design, Rebecca is a certified Kitchen and Bath Designer-CKBD. She knows the industry guidelines and codes to keep your home’s best interests in mind. A member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association -NKBA. Currently serving as the state chapter's President. Continuing education is important to Rebecca so she can serve her clients best.

When she is not at work, you can find Rebecca with her Husband and two boys cozied up by a fire or splashing in the pool. And always listening to great music and dancing!

Meet the Team

Alyssa studied Interior Design at O'More College of Design at Belmont University. During her studies, she was the president of the IIDA, International Interior Design Association on campus which lends to her strong leadership qualities.
As Lead Interior Designer, Alyssa plays a key role of project management, design concept & development, sourcing materials, communicating with vendors & clients, and creating CAD drawings. She is known for her driven work ethic, attention to detail, and her ability to translate a strong design story in collaboration with the client’s goals. 
 With an aesthetic to tell a great story, Alyssa also creates and curates the marketing content for Monarch Lane's social media platforms.

 Laney is currently obtaining her formal education in Interior Design through Virginia Tech University. With a curriculum that equally respects the importance of creative skill, history, building technology, ethics, innovation, and business practice, we know she is going to bring a huge design contribution to our team.
Laney has worked at Monarch Lane since she began her design studies and joins us virtually during school year to serve our clients well. As Design Intern, Laney assists the team by creating presentations, construction job books, product sourcing and entry. During her school breaks, Laney works in our Design Studio to assist in all stages of design.

JOYCE BOSCH

Business admin & client concierge

With years of experience running her own business doing language interpretation, Joyce joins the Monarch Lane team to help run the business side. She assists in every step of the procurement process helping the design team by creating proposals, invoices, placing and tracking orders. Fluent in Spanish, Joyce is an asset during deliveries and site visits, helping the team to work seamlessly with our vendors and trades.
As our Client Concierge, Joyce on-boards our new clients and works with Rebecca to make sure that they have the best experience with our firm!
