How to Begin Working with us
Schedule a Complimentary Phone Chat with us to go over your project details and design goals.
We will talk through what you want to achieve and help you determine the services that will work best for you. We will customize a proposal for your exact project needs based on our call. Then we will set up a Proposal meeting at our Design Studio here in Nashville, TN to review.
DISCOVERY CALL
During our meeting we will go over your project's design proposal, timeline, and all associated costs.
We also take a deep dive into our process and make sure you are ready to begin.
We provide our signature turn key services that have everything included from design to completion.
PROPOSAL MEETINg
Once you are ready, we meet at your home to Kick-off your project. In that meeting we schedule out your entire project and invite you to collaborate with us in your client portal.
You will also receive a welcome video with all the details for your project, next steps, timeline and more!
We plan a lot up front because we want this process to be a good one for you!

HOW LONG DOES THE PROJECT TYPICALLY LAST?
Depending on the level of design you are interested in, the timeline will differ. For most projects, the Design Phase will take 6-20 weeks, depending on the project scope. There are a lot of details involved in each project, so the procurement phase will relate to how custom your project is and how much construction is involved.
We also offer individual design consultations, where we can give advice and clarity on any project in your home in the course of a couple hours.

CAN I FIND OUT THE LEAD TIME BEFORE PURCHASING A PACKAGE?
Absolutely! We like for all our projects to start with our Discovery Call. It is there that we not only learn about your project, but we go over the timeline, project details, & design process. From that call we can share our current project schedule and make sure we would be a good fit for each other.

DO YOU travel outside of nashville?
Yes, we do! We can give you a flat day rate with fix costs depending on your project scope and needs. Set up a discovery call to chat about your project!

WHAT AREAS IN NASHVILLE DO YOU SERVE?
We are currently serving Davidson & Williamson counties near Nashville, Tn. We can offer virtual consultations if you are outside of this area. Some of our clients outside of the metro area will still come to Nashville to review design and selections. For more info on this, schedule a discovery call so we can review options with you.
