If you are anything like me, January is like coming off of a 3-4 month Decorating-high. For several months you had some great additions to your home from pumpkins to Harvest, and then “all things Christmas”. And now it is all clean, and fresh, and……… dull….
One way to make sure we conquer the “Winter blues” is to celebrate it instead.  Winter to me is soft whites, cozy fur blankets and cable-knit sweaters. Winter has some sparkle and it not afraid to shine.  You can look through your Christmas accessories and see if there are any items that are related to snow, pinecones, winter trees, cozy blankets, and winter animals.
