This phase is all about wrapping the details—developing precise drawings, detailed specifications, and coordinating closely with the builder to ensure everything is executed correctly. Every layer is carefully thought through so the design can be built exactly as intended. In our process, we refer to this as the cocoon phase—where much of the work happens behind the scenes, and clients don’t always see the level of coordination and problem-solving taking place. It’s a quieter stage, but a critical one, where we help guide you through the waiting—even when it may seem like nothing is happening—so that everything comes together seamlessly in the end.
