It is our goal that every design created at Monarch Lane Interiors meets the client’s expectations. However, package designs are non-refundable after 1 week of purchase. 

We will perform the services described in your package in good faith, but cannot be responsible for the performance, quality, or timely completion of work by others. Furthermore, we cannot be responsible for any changes to the project the client or contractor(s) make without informing me in writing.
